Market Localization Analyst:

 

This position requires understanding local market preferences and cultural tendencies to maintain global brand relevance through country specific localization analysis and market research. Applicant will research and analyze the Russian retail consumer market within two specific market sectors (1) Sporting Goods Retail and (2) Telecommunications in order to develop and formulate communication strategy for our clients so they can continue to grow their respective market share.  Localization analysis of brand marketing strategy a must. We require segmentation of Russian and former Soviet Union Nations including Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia Armenia and Azerbaijan consumer markets into all of the core consumer types who may be potential consumers of our clients’ retail offerings.  We require analysis of each of these consumer types (e.g. their lifestyle habits, their buying habits, their purchasing decisions motivations, their life aspirations and more such influential traits.) This data must be analyzed with an eye towards localizing marketing communication strategies (e.g. what should be the form and content and how can we adapt the client’s message to fit unique cultural expectations of brand’s message).  After thorough review, evaluation and revision of this analysis, we will require our marketing specialist to present all of the material insights gained through this research in the form of an extensive COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY document, a report recommending the detailed strategies and cultural insights which will drive our company’s development of marketing communications for our clients.

            
 
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s in Linguistics or foreign equivalent and two years experience in strategic planning.
